Here are the 3 things to we do to make sure our listings actually close.
1. We “pre-inspect” your house and connect you with vendors to make repairs. We help you document repairs and provide to buyer.
2. Getting a pre-approval letter is not enough. We talk to the Buyer’s Lender before going under contract to make sure the buyer is qualified.
3. We have your house professionally measured and price it in line with comps. We meet the appraiser to provide support for purchase price.
