What is the FIRST THING I do when I get a listing?
I have it professionally measured.
The seller doesn’t have to declutter or prepare at all, but we get a super useful image to use for “coming soon” marketing.
And buyers LOVE to see floor plans online.
It is super surprising to me that not everyone does this!
